Om TERRORISM: INTERNATIONAL CASE LAW REPORTER 2008 Volume II
Terrorism: International Case Law Law Reporter is the only print reporter of terrorism-related cases from jurisdictions worldwide. Volume Two of this year's edition covers two topics: the financial aspects of terrorism and regional develoments related to powerful terrorist groups. Professor Newton's selection of cases and headnotes highlight the ways in which domestic courts and governments are implementing (or refusing to implement) interntional regulations on
assets connected to terrorist groups. A key example of this jurisprudence is the Kadi opinion, included herein, in which the European Court of Justice invalidated an EU regulation authorizing the seizure of assets possibly connected to terrorism.
