Warring, this book is one of The Motorcyclist's Library series published in the USA by Floyd Clymer by arrangement with the original publishers Pitman Ltd. of London, England. It includes complete technical data, service and maintenance information and detailed instructions for the repair and overhaul of the major mechanical and electrical components for all NSU Quickly mopeds built from 1953 through 1963, including the Cavallino, F, L, N, N/23, S, S/2, S/2 23, T, & TT models. There is adequate detailed text and diagrams to assist in major refurbishing such as an engine rebuild or even a complete renovation. This publication has been out-of-print and unavailable for many years and is becoming increasingly more difficult to find on the secondary market and we are pleased to be able to offer this reprint as a service to all NSU enthusiasts worldwide.

The Flag Book, as I now call it, is a simple accordion and has interlocking pages oriented in opposite directions. Little did I know that this simple structure would have legs and be the catalyst for the next forty–plus years of thinking about and making books.The common perception of the book today is fairly straightforward: a series of pages organized around a spine and protected on either side by two covers. This format allows for easy access, storage and retrieval of information.
