Så er det jul igjen, og alle gleder seg! Folk i Andeby er minst like opptatt av julefeiringen som andre og har store forventninger - men de er dessverre mer utsatt for små og store kriser i forkant av høytiden. Sånn er det å være andebyboer. Denne samlingen starter med at Fantonald i ukene før jul må løse hele fem kriminalgåter i rask rekkefølge, og han er langt fra den eneste av våre venner i Andeby som får sitt å stri med før julefreden kan senke seg. Mikke får problemer med å komme seg hjem til jul etter å ha løst en sak i varme strøk, Skrue prøver å tjene på høytiden ved å utnytte selveste julenissen, Minni ferierer i nisseland og får kanskje sjansen til å møte den ekte julenissen i egen person, mens Skrue får muligheten til å reise tilbake i tid endre på det som en gang skjedde i legendariske Bjørnefjell.
