"What Is Cancer"?

Jacob overhears his parent's talking about "cancer". He is not sure what it is, but has a feeling its not a good thing. Jacob asks his Nana, "What Is Cancer"? Designed to help to explain to children in simple and easy to understand language what cancer is and how we can be of help when someone we know is diagnosed with it. So that little ones can know what they might expect and to feel included.
