War of the Scepter

One minute they were playing with unique medallions; the next minute they are in a colorful land that is like nothing they have ever seen. The three friends, Ryan, Trey and Johnny, are told the medallions are time-traveling portals to another land, but they aren't ready for one filled with castles, enchanted forests and creatures that are animal-human people. In the Christian fantasy novel The War of the Scepter, written by author Jarrod Williams, the boys have time-traveled to the Katlands, and to the command of Walty Klive Widget, Emperor of the Dag Empire. It seems the evil emperor of the Klivean Empire, Stephen Klive Widget II, has stolen a powerful scepter and the boys have been recruited to help reclaim it. Soon they become warriors in training, and maturing men, in this coming-of-age tale that is a good vs. evil battle that also carries biblical undertones and truths.
