About the Author: DR. EMMANUEL M. CHIJIOKE Dr. Chijioke, M. Emmanuel is currently the Director of Bloomberg Information Systems Initiative. He received his Law Degree (JD) from Birmingham School of Law, Ph.D from The University of Alabama, and MBA and BS (Higher Honors) from Alabama A & M University - Normal, AL. Including a training in Experiential Economics at Harvard University, Executive Program in Marketing at J.L. Kellog's Graduate School of Business, North-western University, and numerous fellowships at New York University, NY, NY. He has in the last 30 years served as a tenured Prof. of Finance, Business, and Law, Business Department Chair, and Division Dean. Dr. Chijioke owns and operates a Business and Educational Consulting Firm - CJ Associates and Investments as he has served as a reviewer for Academy of Management and Academy of Legal Studies in Business. He is an award winning Professor and a recipient of Hubert Hurst's Fellowship, Ford Partnership For Advanced Studies, University of Michigan, Dearborn, IL. Dr. Chijioke has served as an Adjunct Prof. of Finance for the University of Iowa's CIMBA Program, Iowa City, Iowa in Del Grappa Paderno, Italy (Fall, 2011). Dr. Chijioke is the author of 3 books (In Progress) and has more than 10 articles in business, economics, law, and management in regional and national conferences and proceedings. His major areas of interest are Business Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Business Law. He has in the last 27 years served as the Advisor to Students' In Free Enterprise ( Now Enactus) at Talladega and Stillman Colleges, a Cabinet Member at Stillman College, a Reader/Leader with reading Across America at the Central Primary School in Tuscaloosa, AL., and a Pastor On Call at Talladega County Churches, Talladega, AL.
