Thrive!

An older woman recently started attending our church and explained her reason for leaving her former church. She said, "There have been many reasons, but when they served only lemonade, and stopped serving coffee to save money, well, that was the final straw."
Everyone has a breaking point but her statement revealed that her former church had failed to thrive. It may seem trivial-almost humorous-if it weren't so tragic, that the choice of lemonade or coffee should have been her ultimate breaking point-the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.
