The Singing Word

The Singing Word is a book of scripture songs by Anna Daisy Siemens. It was previously self-published in 1975. Using scriptures like Philippians 4:8, Galatians 5:22-23, Proverbs 3:5-6, and Psalm 1, she creates songs in the KJV that are catchy and fun. Memorization is easy. Below is part of a poem she wrote, The Singing Word.
Desiring bright dimensions
of joy's new measuring rod
we simply take the Word
and sing it back to God! With happy singing hearts,
while standing here on sod,
