After years of abuse, stuck in an unhappy marriage, pregnant and alone, Ashanti has all but given up on hope. Asim, the once brave, heroic protector of our ancient past has lost all faith in humanity after suffering a horrific heartbreak. Content in her suffering, as she follows her longtime companion around the world, she stumbles across Ashanti. Curiosity wins as she moves into the neighborhood and tries to learn more about her new interest.
