Soap Making

Take a good look at the bar of soap that is now hanging out in the shower of your bathroom. If it's a bar sold in stores, it's typically referred to as a "bath bar," "deodorizing bar," or even a "beauty bar." If it's a liquid, it's probably called "soap." The item in question is not actually soap.
In reality, it is detergent, and it is manufactured using synthetic substances such as petroleum products, foaming agents, and compounds whose names we do not know how to pronounce. Detergent is incredibly abrasive to our skin, and as a result, it removes the natural oils and moisture that are naturally present on our skin. Our skin is the biggest organ in our bodies, and it also serves as the first line of protection against the harmful effects of living in a polluted environment. Anything that is applied to the skin is absorbed by it, regardless of whether the substance is natural or harmful.
One of the simplest things you can do to live frugally and move toward an atmosphere that is more natural and healthier for your family is to start making your own soap at home.
