Radio Communication

These two volumes contain the transcripts of the hearings held by the Committee on the Merchant Marine and Fisheries of the US House of Representatives. These hearings were conducted to consider the passage of H R 19350, a bill to regulate radio communication. The transcripts provide insight into the early regulation of this important facet of modern communication.
