Pearlie... I Dream

This is the fourth book of Yvonne Bardwell Cox's book series entitled "Pearlie ... I Dream". Each book is about a day in the life of Pearlie. It is hard to see the hurt some children feel because of where they live or if they are not able to do class work as well as others. They hold all these feelings deep in their hearts. This causes them to become bitter toward other children within their surroundings. It's surprising how a smile can become the making of friendship that is needed.
