Passionately Waiting

It began as a cry from my anguished soul. A cry because the days looked so dark. The world itself seemed so dark and volatile. I would turn on the news to be met with the latest act of terror, the latest massacre of innocent lives. All I could do was drop to my knees, reach out my arms and cry, "Father ...Please send Him soon! We cannot take much more of this!" The air was heavy and thick and the darkness seemed to be pressing in on my very soul.
I really cannot tell you what I expected at that exact moment, but I never expected the Savior's words to my soul to be so very clear, so very persistent: "Prepare, my bride." At first I thought I had misunderstood but they kept coming. Those three little words: "Prepare, my bride."
This book became the answer to the question: what do we do while we wait? How do we deal with the passion in our hearts for the return of Christ and what does that look like day to day? Are we to sit idly by and stare at the sky in anticipation? It encompasses the transforming process in the life of a Christ follower, both individually and collectively, as the Bride of Christ. In it I seek to share to the best of my ability the truths the Holy Spirit has revealed to me. It is a book about change and maturity. It is for believers both old and new! It challenges mindsets and faces the lies of the enemy head on.
I knew when I began this work it was special and it would change many lives. What I had no idea of was how it was going to change me!
