Moon, the King's Daughter

Moon, the daughter of King Peace in a country called The Land of Ten Thousand Hills, has everything a girl could want, except for two things. First, she never knew her mother, who passed when Moon was born. Her mother's friend and a nanny together worked hard to make up for what could never be replaced. Second, Moon's father was persuaded to marry again. That woman, Ruby, came from a family that knew deep magic. And she did not have a heart to embrace a child who was not her own.
