Such as (Egypt, Kuwait, KSA, Jordan, Libya, Lebanon, Yemen, Palestine and UAE) which have a high to-bacco use prevalence compared with other reports. The results were different among students, due to the nature of the region and the different customs, traditions, lineage and multicultural from country to another. Also, the cigarette and waterpipe smoking are a health problem among university students in some Arab countries. And this study is aimed to inform decision makers in Arab countries, field health researchers, individuals and society about the smoking problem, so that they can design effective tobacco control interventions. We need to have multiple approaches to prevent and control the programs that target adults and teenagers. Future studies should use available resources to shift from repeatedly addressing the prevalence of smoking behaviors, attitudes among universities students in the Arab countries to focus on intervention and prevention strategies.
