Islam is a prominent international religion that was introduced in Arabia in the seventh century CE by the Prophet Muhammad. The core religious concept of Islam is revealed by the Arabic phrase islām, which means literally "surrender." It states that the believer accepts surrender to the will of Allah. It is believed that Allah is the only God, the one who created, sustains, and repairs the world.
