Into the Gray Unknown

Jerry awakens in what would appear to be a state of alienation and as time progresses or so it may appear; artifacts of remembrance start to come back as to who he is. During this time a figure or "image" of a beautiful woman appears. At first sight he is drawn to her but is reluctant. Can she lead him back to recollection of "what once is?" If he gets to know her, would he do the same for her?
