Cheryl Looney has a dark secret. Whenever she feels extreme stress, she turns into an uncontrollable, raging monster. When she is caught on video berating a mother and her young children over a charity carwash, Cheryl finds herself the subject of a viral video. Dubbed "Carwash Karen," the media camp outside of her small townhome and her neighbors turn against her. With social media pressures and her career in jeopardy, things look bleak until she agrees to do an interview with handsome local podcaster, Ian "Newsboy" Newsome, to tell her side of the story.
