The key phase of this process is related to the recrutiment, training and direction of each resource. The challenge for the near future will be to define strategies for the enhancement and integration of staff and to build pathways that go to integrate the needs of the organization with the expectations of professionals posing endless possibilities of benefits for users inside and outside the organization itself.
