In the first century A.D. disciples of Yeshua (Jesus) thought it strange when a Gentile came to faith in their Jewish Messiah. Today, Christians are surprised when a Jewish person accepts Jesus as their Savior. The ''Great Commission'' was to preach the ''Good News'' of the Gospel to the Jew first and also to the Greek (the rest of the world). It should be completely natural for a Jewish person to believe in the Jewish Messiah and unnatural for a Gentile to do so, but somewhere along the way things got turned around.~~~What as great way to start my day.
