God is Real (So is the Devil)

I grew up in a Christian home and asked Jesus to forgive me of my sins when I was a child. However, while I was a teenager, I started to self-harm by cutting myself. I thought about suicide off and on. While in my college years, I started to drift away from my Christian beliefs and started to practice several types of sins like cutting, drinking, foul language, tattooing, pornography, sexual immorality, homosexuality, and gluttony. Ultimately, I wanted to commit suicide in 2015. However, God hid my knife from me and I came down to my lowest point. At that point, I asked God to kill myself by replacing my selfish desires with His desires. I renewed my faith in God and handed my life over to Him. From that moment, my life became cleaner than it ever had. I felt alive and free. I gave up my sinful life for a pure life living for the values of Christ.
