You may be wondering what airball is, well it's a sport that's similar to American Football but for Geese. I got this idea while on vacation in Maryland. My family and I were passing through the town I grew up at (Ocean Pines) on the way home and when I looked up, I saw Candian geese flying and that's when the idea came into my mind. What if I were to make a children's book. It's funny how ideas pop into your head sometimes. Not only was I inspired to make this book based off where I grew up and some of the most common animals there, but I also wanted to have a message in my book. The main character is scared of flying and I wanted to be able to create a message that no matter what your scared of you can do it. I know anxiety is huge and occurring in people younger and younger every day, so that's where I also got some inspirations from as well.
