Billue of Stone Mountain, Georgia, has an untiring passion to encourage and wake-up the hidden potential of those he come in contact. He is a native of McIntyre, Georgia where his parents still reside. Frank has three beautiful daughters, Lucretia, Tracey, and Stephanie. He has served faithfully in his local Church for over twenty one years as a Senior Elder. Frank is President of Billue & Associates International LLC of Stone Mountain.
