Effective Immediately

Whether we want to admit it or not, we are a derivative of those who have impacted our lives. We adopt techniques and strategies from leaders we have worked with in our careers. Some of those adopted behaviors are positive, while others we need to avoid, as we develop and perfect our own leadership styles. We've all made our fair share of mistakes. I'm sure every leader has a few of those situations they'd like an opportunity to re-do. Once we've made a leadership fumble, we each make a mental note to exclude this mistake from our leadership style. This book is specifically a guide on issues or mistakes that should be avoided by leaders. While I've utilized examples from real situations throughout this book, these same leaders have provided excellent positive guidance as well. There will be a sequel which will emphasize many of the positive lessons learned through the example of these same leaders.
