Don't Waste the Pain

All of us have faced, are facing, or will face, difficulties in life.  The author of Don''t Waste the Pain: God Can Use difficult Times to Grow Your Faith, tells of an extremely difficult period in her life. She had heard that God was and is a presence in the life of a Christian; however, it was difficult to see how these experiences came from a loving God. To investigate this claim, the author looked to see what the Bible had to say. Using the book of Job as a framework, the author parallels her life to Job''s life. The author then gives us some of the lessons which she learned throughout the process. The author hopes that someone will read this book and gain a measure of encouragement in difficult times.  Ultimately, difficult times come to everyone; the least we can hope to do is to not waste the pain of those times. We can learn more about God and about ourselves.
