Don't Lose Yourself

Losing yourself - everyone loses sight of themselves at some point in their lives. We may lose ourselves in our kids, our spouses, our family, our careers, and our friends. Losing sight of various things or people sneaks up on all of us and consumes us before we truly comprehend what is happening. It is so easy to give so much to everyone else, only to feel empty at the end of the day. In this book, I share my experiences in "losing myself" and the various things that I have learned along the way. I am in no way an expert, but I do believe that this is an issue that many people experience but very few share their feelings on. My hope is that I can help someone in some way to understand that they are not alone and their feelings are valid, and there is growth to be had at the end of it all.
