I wrote this book whilst going through IVF because I wanted to help other women cope with the difficult days.
As a therapist I have supported many people over the years through harrowing experiences, and the resilience of human beings in the hardest of times never fails to amaze me.
Fertility treatment can lead to pure joy when it works, but it can also be incredibly painful and overwhelming.
It is my hope that any woman who buys this book can keep it with them in their handbag so that when they are having a bad day they can open it up and be inspired by an idea to make them smile.
