Everybody needs to eat; but sometimes children go hungry, not because they don't like the food on their plates, but because they have no food that they even can eat. And they would be very grateful for the food that you may be refusing to eat just because you don't like what is on your plate! Ask yourself what you might do to help those children, and remember to be thankful for what you have.
