Whispers Of Freedom

Om Whispers Of Freedom

Synopsis Whispers of Freedom, documents the real events and memoirs of an Iraqi woman and the life she endures in most vivid descriptions as told by her. She recounts her life, and that of many others within Iraqi society. Whose freedom and customs were squashed, by the Islamist colonial movement that destroyed Iraq economically, politically and socially due to the regressive Bedouin ideologies and traditions of old. Whispers of Freedom portrays incidents of beautiful and innocent women's lives whom were destroyed, as they became victims of honor crimes. And how most Iraqi people live under the poverty line. Inas tells of the history of how Iraq lost its human rights and freedoms. Inas knows nothing more valuable than her own country, Iraq. She decided to write her second book, (after The Price of Honor: In The Land of Babylon) with improved editing/sizing, which contains her daily memoirs, historical evidence, criticisms, and quotes. Her goal is to help make Iraq's voices heard, being 'The Cradle of Civilization', in her attempts to ignite real progressive values there (and in other Islamic countries). This book and her last one, are about creating a starting point towards peace and real protection of human rights and gender equality. Inas believes in being the change that she wants to see in Iraq, the Middle East, and the world.
