What I Should Have Said But Did'nt

Transparency is described and honest, open and not secretive. And while that is true, it is not always easy to be. Not telling the truth comes from a place of fear within. Therefore, it is easier to hide because one cannot be subject to mockery and judgment. I was living in my own little world that took great energy and produced a great amount of stress. Over time, I eventually anesthetized myself.
