We Were There, at the Very First Christmas

The biblical account of the birth of Jesus can be found in the first two chapters of both Matthew and Luke. In this book, children will get to know some of the people mentioned in these gospels as they tell their own stories. Mary, Joseph, Zacharias, Elizabeth, the shepherds, and others tell of their experiences and feelings at the time of the very first Christmas. Children will enjoy the colorful illustrations and rhyming verses when these stories are read aloud in church or Sunday school programs or in the circle of the family.
