WAR CRIMES IN INTERNAL ARMED CONFLICTS

This book grew from many personal and professional experiences,
researching and teaching at the London School of Economics and
Political Science, working at the International Criminal Tribunal for
the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and taking part in the negotiations of the
International Criminal Court (ICC) statute and the elements of crimes,
and from stimulating discussions with many friends and colleagues
along the journey
