In the past, if a Native American tribe had a bad or evil chief, a warrior was chosen to do away with him... To Kill him!
The warrior chosen wasn't always the fastest or best, but rather a Brave who had little or no reason to kill the chief. Often it was a friend or relative of the chief who was chosen.
The Indigenous people did not take a life wantonly, but only after serious consideration, and then, only after all other solutions were exhausted.
