Two young Baltimoreans who struggle with heroin abuse meet in a methadone treatment center. During their wait for what they hope will be the beginning of something life-changing, they decide to share their personal tales of struggle and the daily hardships one comes to deal with when lost in the rabbit hole of substance abuse. Little do they know, their decision to become sober is only the beginning of the end.
