Three Islands of Sumwhr

Josh, a wealthy businessman, decides to take himself off the grid and find a group of people or a small country that needs his help. After an extensive search, he finds a small group of islands near Indonesia inhabited by a tribe of self-sufficient people. He proceeds to buy the islands and sets about bettering the lives of the inhabitants, even going so far as getting the area declared a sovereign state recognized by the United Nations.
