Thorns & Roses

A litter girl born on the deep dark night of April, back in 1981. Her mother excruciated alone in pain for three days. That girl was supposed not to be born. That poor mother was supposed not to be pregnant. Fate may be an illusion, or fate may be so real that no matter the circumstances, the most tragic events come into existence. Mother and daughter are two strangers. In the newspaper, a mother murders her 10-year daughter. In another, a tired mother murdered all her children. The heaviest tragedy in human lives is all those that could be avoided and it was not. Thorns & Roses is a collection of poems contrasting the disturbance of life and its glorious essence.
