The Sun Rose As It Always Does is a story of loss and yearning. A story of one man's mistake that continues to haunt him. Lt. Rem Taros grew up on a world shared by both humans and an alien species known as the Sanari, The two people have become symbiotic and eventually formed a unified government known simply as The Union in an effort to create a stronger unified Earth. A world of peace that is suddenly threated by an unknown enemy. Formless and shapeless and bound for destruction. Lt. Rem, along with his peers must go out into the universe, to places new and old, in search of a way to save the world they have worked so hard to create from imminent and complete destruction. I wrote this novel using science as its backbone to tell a tale about loss and coming to terms with that loss. To tell a story about making mistakes and learning to grow from them. The Sun Rose As It Always Does is an action packed Sci Fi thriller with twists and turns to keep any reader engaged and is sure to inspire conversations about what is right and what is wrong. It peals back the veil on who we are as a species and what it means to be human.
