The camp sat alone for decades until Doug Thompson received a phone call about a long lost relative and an inheritance. He discovered the quaint little town of Silver Springs and a derelict campground. Excited at a fresh start, Doug decides to reopen the camp.
With the site restored, his staff are showing up for training. Everything seems to be running smoothly until a savage thunderstorm rages, and a vicious killer stalks the grounds.
