The Red, White, and Blue Hen

The Red, White, and Blue Hen is a children's book meant to be entertaining to children, but also teach about the importance of working together. People of all backgrounds should be able to work together when they have the same goals. The red, white, and blue hen and her friends learn about the importance of hard work and putting aside their differences to achieve their goal. They meet with several different groups of farm animals who disagree and argue about what should be done. In the end, those who are willing to work together and be respectful to each other reap their rewards. Those who want to fight and argue end up with exactly what you'd expect.
It doesn't matter where you come from or what your background is. If you make friends who help you instead of dragging you down and if you work hard, you can achieve your goals. Don't let others tell you what you can do, how far you can go, or that you have to be like them. Just because someone seems to be like you, it doesn't mean they have your best interests at heart. Often those who are close to you try to hold you down.
