The dark power of new weapons

The world is like an iceberg: one part is visible, and the other is not. International relations are always so disrupted by crises, tensions and other problems that inspire anxiety and make us fear the worst. The media relay information that is difficult to process, synthesize or compile because of its large number. The Internet makes it possible to communicate and broadcast instantaneously. The flow of information is such that it is difficult to separate good information from bad. Once the information has been selected, it must be analyzed to understand its true scope. International relations are changing. American ultra-domination is now strongly challenged by China. Military intimidation often resurfaces, but much more discreet weapons have appeared... and their power to cause harm should not be underestimated. New economic models and ways of thinking are being put in place. Green finance is one of them. The author seeks to promote a synthetic vision of events or phenomena that are in fact linked. They try to shed light on different issues and the power games that are shaking and dominating the world.
