The Accident

MP Kollman's The Accident begins the third of the linked trilogies that make up The Brothers series and takes place six years after Brothers, the first book in the first trilogy of the series.
The Accident deals with the repercussions of a car accident that causes the deaths of two longstanding series characters: Jimmy Bauer's wife, Faith, and their older son, James, Jr (JJ).
After the accident, Kevin Grayson, another reader favorite, does what he does best as a member of the Bureau of Drug Enforcement-investigate. When he discovers the driver of the other car is the daughter of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, someone Kevin's wife knows personally, the only way to truly be certain of justice is to turn his back on family and friends and work undercover in Washington DC. Will his wife and Jimmy end up turning their backs on Kevin?
