Fentanyl has become the most dangerous substance ever encountered on the street, and every law enforcement agency in the world is after anyone making and selling it. Laura Hamilton has spent two years living under the intense gaze of billionaire husband, Peter Hamilton, principle owner of international pharmaceutical company Biologic Sciences. His disappearance alerts International Investigations Agent, Sean Edwards, who has been following Hamilton's movements, suspecting him of using his legitimate front business to hide illegal drug making activities. Genius biochemistry graduate, Jason Wang, recruited by Hamilton, finds himself manipulating formulas, taking him to Beijing, then into the clandestine labs in Laos. Wang's realization of what he is involved in leads him to alert the Police, but Edwards convinces Wang to stay in employment with Biologic Sciences and work undercover to help lead them to the super-labs. A Laotian ex-royal princess, an elusive Asian King Pin and the return of Intelligence agent, Jessica Black, leaves everyone second guessing each other in the dangerous world of narcotics, betrayal and double crossing.
