On the day after Christmas in 1862, thirty-eight Dakota Sioux Indians were hanged in the largest mass execution in United States history -- More than a century later, Kyle Ghostkiller has the chance to go back and save them.
Kyle returns home to accept a medicine bundle passed down from his grandfather; an ancient bundle that has supernatural powers. But he arrives just after four teenagers are found brutally murdered and becomes the prime suspect. With the FBI hot on his trail, and a jilted, childhood sweetheart learning to love him again, Kyle must use the bundle to escape into the past where he must confront dark forces responsible for the Dakota thirty-eight hangings.
