It was on the night of March 16, 2016, that Kenny Harmon became America's favorite grandfather-Sad Papaw. Many bittersweet events arose from his infamous bad burger moment when his granddaughter, Kelsey, posted her popular meme on Twitter. Thousands of people reached out to Kenny Harmon to claim him as their new grandfather. They traveled from nearby states just to have a burger with him. It did not stop there either. People everywhere took the time to think about their grandfather and wondered if they had spent enough time together. Not only did Kenny receive surprise visits from his "new grandchildren," but grandfathers across the country were overwhelmed with their own surprise visits from their grandchildren. People wanted to pull their grandfather a little closer to show them how much they were loved and to have a burger moment together.
