In her first installment of poems, Nea takes readers on her journey with OCD. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or OCD can have various different types and subtypes. For Nea, the 'Need to Know' fueled repetitive thoughts, anxiety, guilt and the overanalyzing of stressful events. Most people thought she was crazy for driving around the same route all night. Instead, her therapist diagnosed her with OCD and introduced her to healthier ways to cope.
