Richard of Cirencester (c.1335-1400) was a Benedictine monk at Westminster whose Latin history narrates the story of England from the legendary accession of Vortigern in 447 up to Harold II in 1066. Volume 2, edited by John E. B. Mayor (1825-1910), was published in 1869.
