Let's celebrate the Lord's ascension
The day the Father brought Him home
And all of heaven in attention
Was gathered round the great white throne.
And in the midst the Lamb was standing
His work was finest to the end.
With trumpet sounds of praise ascending
to Him who to the earth was sent
His work was done. The only Son,
He paid the price, so men could rise
from chains of sin, and enter in
the Holy place, by saving grace.
Let's join in heavens celebration,
Let's all present our loud ovation.
