The primary concern with radiation from cell phones is their close proximity to the human body, particularly when the device is held close to the head while on a call. The main source of radiation from cell phones is the antenna, which transmits signals to communicate with other devices and cell towers.
Research has been done to assess the potential health effects of prolonged exposure to cell phone radiation, with a focus on the risk of developing certain types of malignancies, especially brain tumors.
