Papillomaviruses in Human Cancer

Human Papillomavirus has been associated with cancer of the anogenital tract, oral cavity and skin. Two early viral proteins, E6 and E7, play a key role in the malignant transformation of the cell. This book covers different aspects of these two viral oncoproteins. In particular, it focuses on their mechanism in the induction of cellular proliferation and malignant transformation.
