Never assume what is going on behind closed doors in someone's life. To the outside world I was confident with a successful career and loving husband. The reality was I was spiralling into the darkest depths of addiction with what seemed like no way out. I was an exceptional actress with the ability to hide the truth. That mask had to slip at some point, the truth would be known, in my case with potentially deadly consequences. This is my story. This is my recovery. This is the journey that has shaped me.
